The whole situation is so hard to believe: three days watching it coming and the U.S. was still caught with its pants down. I also don't understand how a government can issue a "madatory" evacuation order (as the City did) and NOT provide people with the means to get out.
If I rant about too many things, my head will blow up, so I'll shut up now.
